Terms and conditions of the "PLN 200 for referral" promotion

1. General provisions

These regulations specify the rules of participation in the promotion "PLN 200 for a referral", organized by MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O. with headquarters in WARSAW, AL. JEROZOLIMSKIE 155 PREMISES U3.

2. Conditions of participation

The promotion is open to those who meet the following conditions together:

• Are at least 18 years of age and have a minimum of 12 months driving license
• are not employees or associates of MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O.
• Have not previously used the services of MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O.

3. Promotion mechanism

In order to participate in the promotion, the referrer must give the referral a flyer with information entered to identify the referrer by MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O. The flyer can be given to the referral by any means, such as email, MMS message or in person.

The referrer will receive a PLN 200 bonus after 4 weeks of the referral's cooperation.

If the referred person uses the car MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O. should drive 4 full weeks, otherwise the bonus will be canceled for the referrer.

4. Duration of the promotion

The promotion continues until further notice.

5. Exclusions

Excluded from the promotion are those who:

• do not meet the conditions specified in Section 2 of the regulations,
• Act in a manner that does not comply with the law or the terms and conditions of the promotion,
• violate the rights of third parties.

6. Final provisions

Decisions regarding the fulfillment of the conditions of the promotion and the granting of the bonus are made by MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O. in an irrevocable manner.

Any disputes related to the implementation of the promotion will be settled by the ordinary courts.

7. Reporting a complaint

All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted to MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O
