Terms and conditions of the "PLN 200 for referral" promotion

1. general provisions

These regulations set out the rules for participation in the "Bonus for recommending a new driver" promotion organized by the company MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O. based in Warsaw, Al. Jerozolimskie 155, premises U3.

2 Conditions of participation

Individuals who meet all of the following conditions may participate in the promotion:

1. They are at least 18 years old and have held a valid driver's license for at least 12 months;

2. They are not employees or associates of MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O.;

3. They recommend a person who has not previously cooperated with MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O. As a driver.

3 Promotion mechanism

1. To participate in the promotion, the referrer must give the referral their referrer ID (e.g., phone number or identification code) to enable identification by MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O.

2. The referral during the registration or signing process must provide the referral's information.

3. The referral bonus will be paid after the expiration of the four full weeks (28 days) Active cooperation of the referred person with the company MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O., under the following conditions:

   • 300 PLN gross - if the referral is working at that time on a car rented from MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O.;

   • PLN 200 gross - If the referral provides services on his own car.

4. In the case of early termination of cooperation by the referral (before 28 days), the bonus is not available to the referrer.

4 Duration of the promotion

The promotion is valid from the date of publication of the regulations and lasts until further notice.

5 Exclusions

Excluded from the promotion are those who:

1. Do not meet the conditions specified in Section 2 of the regulations;

2. Act in violation of the law, the rules of promotion or the rules of cooperation with MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O.;

3. They provide false data in order to obtain bonuses.

6 Final provisions

1. Decisions regarding the fulfillment of the conditions of the promotion and the granting of the bonus are made by MOWJ INVEST SP. Z O.O. and are final.

2. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without justification.

3. Any disputes arising from participation in the promotion will be resolved by the competent court of general jurisdiction.
